Driver's license for US residents and Passports for foreign applicants are accepted. You will need the marriage license in order to have the marriage performed. After the ceremony, the marriage license will be submitted to the Clark County Recorder's office and then it will be official. Your actually marriage certificate will then be issued soon after.
